Vensor AI helps support and CX leaders see what happened in the Zendesk tickets nobody read. Most support teams review a small sample of tickets. Vensor reviews every ticket it is given access to against the company's own written policies, then sorts each one into act, monitor or ignore, with the reason attached. Leaders work the short act pile and leave the rest. What it flags: refunds outside policy, stacked discounts and credits, missed escalations, missed approvals, and other exceptions. Each flag shows the policy sentence beside the ticket sentence, so a reviewer can judge it without opening the ticket. Where a ticket states a dollar amount, Vensor quotes it. It never estimates one. It is built to stay quiet: no evidence of a violation is not treated as one, and teams can mark a practice as normal for their business so it stops being flagged.
