What do you like best about Venngage?

I love Venngage's templates! The templates make it super easy to create new content quickly! I also LOVE their customer service! Every single time I have had a question or an issue, they have helped me to resolve it ASAP. We ran into an issue where we needed to transfer infographics to a new account and the Venngage team went above and beyond to assist us!

What do you like best about Venngage?

It's really usefull and is easy to use it. I like the posibilities, the designs, images and transactions. I like that if I don't ant to waste my time and effort in a basic presentation with other software, I just use one new presentation from Venngage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe the conditions to access the first time, or the full content you have since the first time, and maybe some tutorials could help for the beginners. Use it, and use it frequently. There are many areas of opportunity in our jobs, and many of them are the basic presentations, designs for the communication inside the companies. What problems is Venngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had been struggling with designs for different presentations, but now I have it easy. I ussualy don't have the time to work in a new presentation from P.P, and even if I tried, I didn't have the result that I wanted. It's some difficult for those who are minimalistic in their jobs.

Also, time ago I use to have some problems with the usb and save presentations on them. Now it's everything online, and I can access from my android, tablet, and many devices more. That's one of the best things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Venngage?

- i discovered Venngage when I was in need of custom infographics

- the editor is simple and very user friendly

-definitely the enormous amount of templates available to build on

-my team has already used over 150+ designs in short period of time

-the branding kit is also a fantastic addition - my company color palette is one click away -this allows for my team to use templates and brand them with our company colors to create contunuity and consistency through the design process

-various categories available from in infographics, presentations, biz cards, maps, diagrams, white papers, brochures, newletters, posters, logo, social media and so much more...they covered it all

- the selection of icons is fantastic

- the ability to download final designs in to PDF, PNG, etc.

the is the program if your business wants to do marketing in-hosue, save money compared to Adobe products, learning curve isn't steep and you keep control of your company marketing materials - no need to hire and expensive professional designer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Venngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

-the ability to create and edit content for promotional materials in half the time it would take to create from scratch (.IND, . PSD, .AI)

- no need to hire an expensive designer - we can do it in-house and keep our marketing budget down

- the ability to have multiple pages within the design - decks, brochures etc

- the cost is unbelievable -- Adobe products can cost thousands and Venngage allows my team to utilize their platform at half the cost

- i am able to turnaorund marketing content with days

- team collaboration - it also allows for team sharing as the editor is built within Vennage as opposed to a standalone Adobe program

the learnng curve of using Venngage designs allows for even novice users to build off any template

- the ability to upload custom images is also very helpful especially for branding purposes

- export features

- it's perfect for creating graphics for our company social media

What do you like best about Venngage?

For a non-designer that needs easy design solutions, this is the top product! It helps with easy customization options, branding toolkits, and great options for sharing designs. Easy interface, pretty intuitive design and user experience. Love features available and responsiveness of customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Venngage?

Limit of 500 images, and have to delete photo uploads one at a time. Files get downloaded as a pdf or png, sometimes stakeholders ask for files they can reuse in other design programs, which isn't possible with Venngage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We chose this over Canva because of the options it provides for using and visualizing data. We felt this product was made for infographics and data viz first, not social media first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Venngage?

Venagage has allowed our organization to take standardized SOPs and creatively produce easy-to-understand infographics. Venngage is an easy to navigate platofrm that allows any size organization to produce world-class documents for most MS Office integration. What do you like best about Venngage?

What do you dislike about Venngage?

Some of the icons I've found are not inclusive. For example, when I search for an icon of a person using a computer, the male versions show data on the computer's monitor, and the female version show shopping on the computer monitor. What do you like best about Venngage?

I wish the images were larger when looking at the preview screen and I wish lining up the fields was not "smart" so I could select what I wanted to align with instead of the app deciding for me. What do you like best about Venngage?

I find Venngage an incredible resource to organize my mind, to see patterns, to identify new relationships in my data or ideas, and then to present them in a simple way. I really appreciate the huge array of options for shaping ideas -- I often start to understand my own thinking better just by choosing which template to use. What do you dislike about Venngage?

There are a lot of small things from a basic formatting perspective that would make venngage a lot easier to use -- e.g, it's extremely difficult to re-align a shape if you've rotated it (why won't it snap to a straight edge!); it would be helpful to be able to put an outline around a text box; the bullet/indent function is primitive; some fonts won't enable italics or bold or some variation. It would also be really helpful if there were existing different colour paletes to just click on with each template. And to be able to bend text into a curve.

I would also like to be able to treat the pages within one design as a "document" -- set a consistent formatting, add page numbers, etc.

I would also like to be able to edit photos a little bit -- like make fuzzy edges etc.

From a more "global" perspective, on one hand, venngage is far and above programs like the smart art within powerpoint from a complexity perspective -- e..,g it's pretty easy in venngage to enabled two way arrows, etc. -- but there are some "missing," non linear shapes -- as in, I find it hard to find a not rigid template for multiple inputs going into one sort of shared pot (like a funnel); and I often find myself looking for a way to present a more integrated model that isn't a venn intersection -- like a care model with multiple interconnected rings.

It would also be pretty cool if some of the functions within a design could be semi-automated -- like, if there were a mind map, to be able to click "add level" without having to add a new bubble manually.

I also very much appreciate the export options -- powerpoint and pdfs -- but the ppt is still a bit rusty and images sometimes export into a kind of ratty version of what they looked like in venngage.

But overall, I really value VG and use it every day, and it's significantly enabled my work to move to a new dimension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Play around and don't hesitate to try different things; screenshots of images can sometimes be the best and clearest ways to share the images you've created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Venngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

See my answers to number 1 -- finding a way to see patterns in a lot of data (especially words and themes) and then present that info in a meaningful way. (Like a mind map of themes from a massive engagement process). Finding ways to present complex info in a simpler way. Making our models and frameworks look more professional and refined.

I also use venngage to create curriculum maps for programs I teach -- as in, show how concepts will be unfolded over the course of a year, and where they are showing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Venngage?

I like the fact that it offers me pre-set templates that I can easily change to suite my needs. I am not a creative person so the templates do the creativity for me and this is a huge help. It shows me great visuals that I can use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I have limited space to upload images unless I upgrade my plan.

I also have a little problem with copying colors. But I think that is more my inexperience.
