No phone support available and wasted hours upon hours trying to get help for a simple task. Oh, and beware if you ever want to try to close your account? Watch out, they don't make it easy. What I like best is the ease of use and ability to pay for services when I need to use the platform. I like being able to purchase either a month, three months, or more of time to use the full features that I need when I need them. When my paid upgrade service is over, my created designs are not lost, and when I need to work on new ones, I pay for the upgrade service again (instead of using the free plan), and all my designs are there for me to use/edit or create new! What do you dislike about Venngage? I wish all templates were available in a single upgrade. Having to upgrade to higher plan levels to gain access to specific templates seems a bit much. Recommendations to others considering Venngage: When considering the competitor sites, Venngage is the best product on the market that I have come across. There is little to want for when using the site, and the support team is amicable and easy to work with to solve any potential issues. Being able to include active links to videos and websites is incredibly valuable. I also use it to make contact fliers for networking groups. Having an easy to use infographic service like Venngage is a huge benefit to my agency! I am able to create understandable informational pieces that translate my message quickly without need for any detailed follow up. I like that it is easy to search and find templates and then add my business branding, including colors, logo, signatures, and more. There are so many templates for the types of documents I need to produce. Then, with a click I can export as pdf and other versions and quickly send the documents to clients. It is easier to use Venngage to produce a presentation deck than the common office apps. What do you dislike about Venngage? Sometimes the templates are limiting. Sometimes it would be helpful to be able to use building blocks to create a new document rather than just choosing pre-set templates or having to create from scratch. I would to be able to set up a collection of documents that all share the same look and feel with my branding (e.g. letterhead, business cards, quote, proposal, presentation deck). Sometimes I have to do the actual writing in Pages or Google Docs, then copy/paste into Venngage, but I'm okay with that. They showed the "real-life" application of each style. The colors were very industry-relevant, and at the same time, nothing was cookie cutter. This software has many useful style guides, templates, and even relevant information that professionals like myself can use. I even found the information educational and informative. I could only make one "Brand template and style guide" also, I would have loved to have been able to import text from a word document. Haveing to copy, paste and format every single turned out to be somewhat frustrating. But it wasn't a game changer. It would have also be great if the software had a desktop version.
