They go above and beyond to assure that all of our needs are met. Enhancements are made throught the year as we (and other users) request them. Tracking of tasks needed to be sure that we are identifying and mitigating risks, tracking our vendors and the contracts associated with them. I love that Venminder has paralegals on staff that assist with uploading contracts on your behalf. It's really helpful when you're managing contracts and you're not a legal professional. I also like that information is presented on your homepage in dashboards. You can easily filter what contracts are coming up for renewal, what vendors you manage, etc. We went through our first regulatory exam last year while using Venminder. We've had it a few years but I'm new to using Venminder myself even though I have experience with several other platforms. We love the interface, it's easy to use and intuitive for new users. It's a great solution to help us key in contract dates and set up notificaitons so we don't miss a date. It's really a full suite of applications and servers 99% of our needs without having to purchase additional modules. Pricing seems comporable to others I've used in the past for what you get, we just need to use it to more of it's potential and so far it's been very helpful in getting us on track with our vendor due dilegence requirements where we're not just doing it to check the box but it's helping us avoid risk. When exploring other services and add-on's it refers you to Talk to Sales where I prefer a little more self service when trying to access demo's, view pricing and add services without needing to speak with a rep. It's great for contract lifecycle management but it's really helpful at keeping all the different business units together in how we manage vendors. Using Venminder is the most efficient way to streamline a vendor management program. The benefits of logging vendors and their respective risk information in Venminder Exchange isn't even comparitive to the old, outdated way of saving everything in a folder. Additionally, by outsourcing assessments to Venminder, our Vendor Management team saves time and money. With this service there is not a need to review the information ourselves or hire employee(s) who specialize in particular areas. Lastly, there has never been a better way to send questionnaires to vendors than using the questionnaire feature in Venminder. What do you dislike about Venminder? There are not many things to dislike about Venminder, in fact, only one thing comes to mind. Venminder, like all companies, must complete updates to their software, and unfortunately, sometimes this causes random bugs in the Exchange platform. What problems is Venminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Venminder solved our problem of manually tracking and risk rating vendors. This is beneficial because our institution maintains around 500 vendors/products. Also, having the ability to pull reports containing broad overviews or specified information about our vendor profiles is beneficial when it comes to monthly reporting. I've used Venminder at multiple financial institutions, and every working day, and it's only improved over the years. The Control Assessments are a great help for a lean TPRM function and take some of the load off. Each CSM I've had has been abundently helpful and quick to help any time it's needed. The interface is easy to use and move through and implementation is a breeze, with Venminder being more than willing to schedule a call anytime it's needed. Outside of you CSM, the customer service chat function within the system is incredibly helpful if you have an immediate need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Venminder? I have very few complaints with the system, and Venminder is always open to suggestions and often implements user suggestions! That said, it would be nice to have a bit more role-based access, and until recently, I would have also said that the contract module could use a bit of work as there was no way to identify parent-child contracts, but they've recently made updates to the system that do allow for that! Venminder Control Assessments have helped us conduct more concise reviews that allow our SMEs to have the time freed up for other tasks while still fulfilling the need to ensure safe and sound third party relationships. It's also helped us deliver better board reporting as we have the Venminder reviews to lean on for that reporting. Venminder has also helped us with continuous monitoring as we utilize Argos within the system - which helps us keep a better eye on our critical relationships when we are a lean function that may not always have the time to research our critical vendors outside of annual reporting. The software's user-friendly interface and intuitive design have made managing our contracts, payment information, invoices, and receipts a seamless and efficient process. Now, all these vital documents are consolidated in one easily accessible location, eliminating the need to sift through numerous online folders or search through multiple emails to locate the information we need. The vendor lifecycle feature has been extremely useful, especially for managing vendor performance issues. Sending out questionnaires and RFPs to our vendors is effortless. The document library enables everyone in our organization to access the most up-to-date templates for contracts and agreements. The risk assessment tools help us quickly identify and address potential issues. Automated reminders ensure that we never miss important deadlines. I would hope to improve Reporting, communications out of venminder for SME's specifically during diligence events so that we cah track the conversations and send updates to stakeholders without navigating to email. I would also be interested in what intergrations and auto-population features we could include so that our business users can update a record once and it be reflected in venminder and potentially their individual dashboards. For initial diligence I would like to have an API functionality directly to the assessment that sets the inherent risk or have a public link available to post on our internal site. The tool is very easy to use, the implementation and support teams are FANTASTIC! I love the Single-Sign-On and that it was easy to integrate with Black Kite, our 3rd party riks monitoring tool.
