Vendor & Supplier Evaluation Tool is an offline tool for purchasing specialists, project teams, supply-chain managers and factory purchasing engineers who need standardized supplier approvals and periodic reviews. Keep a vendor directory with country, contact, main category, certificates and approval status, and import or export it as CSV from Excel. Score each supplier from 1 to 5 on items grouped into five weighted dimensions - price, quality, delivery, qualification and compliance, and after-sales support - with editable weights and scoring items. The weighted total and an A-D rating are calculated automatically, and each evaluation keeps the criteria it was scored with so later changes never alter past scores. Run onboarding, quarterly or annual reviews, follow each supplier's score trend and dimension-by-dimension changes, and link imported purchase ledger records (orders, arrivals, stock-in) to the relevant evaluation. Export a formal PDF evaluation report with signature lines, or a CSV of item scores. English and Spanish interface, light and dark mode. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and data stays on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It does not connect to ERP or inventory systems.
