The platform's global coverage of events is fantastic, as we're a global company and often need access to events not just in the US but also in other markets like Europe. The data-driven aspect is great because it combines historical analytics with predictive analytics and social listening, which helps us understand who might attend an event. It's also easy to grasp and use without needing assistance from an account team, which enhances the speed to value. The initial setup was incredibly easy, almost turnkey. CS Chad S. 1/26/2026 "Data-Driven Event Planning with Vendelux" 5/5 What do you like best about Vendelux? I like Vendelux because it has a wide range of B2B events. If there's an event you're interested in that's not on the dashboard, you can ask the team and they'll add it for you. What I like most is how quickly Vendelux helps us validate the event fit, so we don't rely on sponsor decks or guesswork. We can see attending company insights that help us prioritize if it's going to be a good fit. Based on the target audience, the pre-event outreach lists that they send make planning more data-driven and help us go into events with meetings already scheduled or with a strong understanding of who's gonna be in attendance so we can target them. They might use predictive analytics, so it's definitely not guaranteed, and you'll need to validate those attendee lists. Visibility to track ROI and prove value to our executive team before attending our events. Also seeing who has attended in the past and who will be attending helps us create detailed plans for the events we attend. But by far out biggest wins has come from using Vendelux to do the outreach for us. They set appointments and drive high quality contacts to our booth no matter our booth placement. Vendelux has been an incredible partner understanding our needs and making sure the products is driving value in our organization. I haven't disliked anything. We have a growing Sales team, and we’ve had challenges booking meetings and filling seats for events. When I was introduced to the Vendelux tool, I was impressed with its functionality. By creating campaigns, we can send information to Vendelux to help drive registrations and fill our events. We gave them a test case for a webinar, and within one week they were able to generate five registrations. We’re also using the tool to identify who is attending third party conferences from our ICP list, which helps us book 1:1 meetings at events—whether or not we have a booth. I've been running events for 8 years and this is by far the most innovative product I've ever seen! With Vendelux, you will find hidden events with all your customers and NO COMPETITORS. Our competition cannot believe how we are always one step ahead and getting all the best meetings with CSuite executives before they do at every trade show. Vendelux is a smart software where it uses AI to tell me which events are going to yield the highest ROI. My event qualified leads became 10x, and my ROI from the events were 6x. What more could I ask for? I use this software everyday, and everytime I need help, the Success Managers get back to me right away.
