VENDBase is vending software for operators running HAHA and Qingo smart coolers, on their own or side by side. You connect each account once with the keys that maker gives you, and from then on your sales, machine status and stock sync in on their own. Every machine lands on one route. It picks up where the maker's app leaves off. The app tells you what sold. VENDBase tells you what to bring on each restock run, per machine or as one list against your own par levels. It shows what each machine earns, with each make's fees on the machines that carry them and every statement set beside your own sales for the same period. It shows which locations have regulars coming back and which have a stream of one-timers. It keeps a warehouse count current from your purchases and your sales, tracks what each machine has brought back against what it cost, totals the sales tax you collected by machine and by month, and logs IRS mileage. The profit picture sharpens toward the true per-machine number as you log restocks and enter product costs. Each operator gets their own site and their own database. There is an assistant that answers from your own numbers. VENDBase is built and supported by an operator who runs HAHA and Qingo coolers in western Oklahoma. It is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by HAHA or Qingo. $29 a month flat for the whole route, no per-machine fees, cancel anytime. A live demo runs on a sample route with nothing to install.
