I love that Yesware links to both my Gmail and Salesforce accounts. I am efficient and organized because of the many folders and custom templates I've created to automate my workflow. Overall Yesware is 10/10! From time to time there are bugs where the Templates don't load but that is next to never. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They advertise that they have notifications system - where you can put alert to revisit your messages. But they keep on not alerting at the right time and keep on missing times. For example we put alert to remind us of an email on November 2nd - and just got a reminder today - Dec 14th - 6 weeks later! We have missed a few very important deadlines because of this. I like the email functionality combined with the prospecting tools and meeting scheduler. Has a nice interface in gmail and ability to create email templates and view email activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took a little bit to figure out some of the functions, but generally it is pretty good user experience. I can't say I have many complaints here with my initial use of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When adding a CSV file into campaigns, sometimes the fields will get a little wonky, it will require me to add something into first name when I have another field that was added that I will be using in the campaign instead! Maybe removing the additional fields if someone is already adding fields would be helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it extremely helpful to be able to assign reminders to email chains, this has cut back on so many calendar reminders and I feel confident knowing that nothing will be missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature about Yesware is that it is easy to use, easy to understand. You are able to personalize your email campaigns or even add pictures to an email campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that sometimes added pictures do not appear in campaign and dont get personlized. An other thing I dont like is that if a prospect replies from a different email, the campaign continues going forth for the initial email that was enrolled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Generally speaking - mostly everything outside of the notifications/reminders. There's no way to edit campaigns once they've launched, it's far too restrictive with manual vs automated emails. If you're looking to do any sort of customization for client emails, I wouldn't recommend this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a very effective tool to use for email marketing campaigns. You can create any size campaign you want, and have it launch over any timeframe you choose. It is one of the most user friendly, marketing tools we have found Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every now and then you need to refresh the widgit in Outlook to have visibility into your campaign through Outlook. It may be a bug with Outlook, or a glitch with Yesware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
