I've utilized Yesware for Business for the past 4 or 5 years. Yesware is the only email tracking service I've utilized for work that doesn't alert the receiver. I would also value if there were clarification as to if a message was a) opened, b) forwarded <= right now you're able to view that x device opened in y location and then shortly after a device opened in b location - the assumption being x forwarded to a; just unclear/no way to verify that presently.
