**What do you like best about Vendasta Yesware?**

There are only a few things I like about yesware and those are scheduling and reminders.

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

No support. Product is fauly and not working. I am  paying for features that are not working and waiting for a response from them (with noresponse).  The main feature that I am using is simply not working (it used to be working). If there was a support maybe they could solve this. Unfortunately, no one is responding to the support tickets. You are better off with MixMax.

**What problems is Vendasta Yesware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment not solving anything as the tool is simply not working (campaigns feature).I was using it for scheduling mass email campaigns to potential affiliates with follow ups.

The price but revisit the title of this review to understand.

Where to start: 

- UI/UX is ridiculously not well designed and outdated
- Code is rife with errors and conflict 
- Can't trust the data that's for sure
- Customer service is lacking the customer service part of their job

**What problems is Vendasta Yesware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Early stage startup , not my first, and I've had a couple of exits.  I had familiarity with their product and was leveraging it for email campaign activities and metrics thereafter.

**What do you like best about Vendasta Yesware?**

They advertise that they have notifications system - where you can put alert to revisit your messages. But they keep on not alerting at the right time and keep on missing times. For example we put alert to remind us of an email on November 2nd - and just got a reminder today - Dec 14th - 6 weeks later! We have missed a few very important deadlines because of this. Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use!

Reminder Alerts do not work! Beware - they keep on delivering it late!we put alert to remind us of an email on November 2nd - and just got a reminder today - Dec 14th - 6 weeks later! We have missed a few very important deadlines because of this. Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use!

**What do you like best about Vendasta Yesware?**

Been using for 4 months and I want out. The integration is user friendly but invasive and hard to uninstall if you change your mind. Sales service is top notch but support is awful.

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

The tracking is not that sophisticated especially for the price. They bait you into the entry level program and never tell you the capacity for email blast is only 20. So you have to upgrade. Yesware is so overpriced. Be prepared to spend $1,000s of dollars every year if you have 2 or more people on your team. I have 7 sales employees and I'm so mad about the bait and switch tactics. I want a refund. They have gotten away from the basics.

The tracking only works if you do not send or cc more than one recipient. I'm sure Yesware has an answer for this if you want to upgrade to their premium diamond ultra platinum account.

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

The service to mark individual messages to followup later was not working. I told them, they emailed me back and forth and couldn't debug, so offered to hop on a call. They gave me a calendar, i scheduled and THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP! Then i emailed them (they didn't apologize) and told them they stood me up and gave them my calendar and they stood me up AGAIN.

the support is literally the worst i've ever had in my life. It is one thing to not be available, a completely other thing to stand someone up twice for a meeting to help them debug a problem.

MailMerge WAS a good tool 2 years ago... I would have continued using MailMerge if I could send more than 200 emails at a time AND if it supported my signature. Alas....

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

Then they got my curiosity with Campaigns which is a brilliant idea, executed amateurishly. It is incredibly poor on performance and riddled with bugs. You can't edit existing campaigns even though it tells you that you can. The changes aren't saved and worst of all, once the now-wrongly-setup campaign starts, there's no way of stopping it.

They are charging you 35USD so that YOU can be their QA...

Also, Support between 9-15 Eastern time? Really? What if you can't stop your campaign at 6am European Time and you need assistance?

**Recommendations to others considering Vendasta Yesware:**

Use another tool that has better integrations with Pipedrive, Salesforce, Gmail, Zoom us., Calendly, etc.

STAY AWAY from Campaigns. It's a disaster.

It is not a solution solver. It's more of an inconvenience. Like a small toddler that you have to CONSTANTLY monitor not to get hit by a car...instead of being independent, easy to setup, reliable tool.

**What do you like best about Vendasta Yesware?**

I think that it does a somewhat decent job of organizing my touchpoints and workflow. It has an integration with Salesforce which is useful .Email tracking is ok.

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

It is constantly lagging, glitching, etc and is overall a really slow tool. I find myself waiting for Yesware to pick up the pace alongside the other tools/integrations that I use every day.

**What problems is Vendasta Yesware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is useful in the sense that it shows when to reach out to prospects and gives me insight into their activity. But it is only so useful when it is constantly in error and you do not trust its insights 100%.

Nothing, platform is trash. You will lose opportunities trying to use this junk

Preview function does not work. Despite the emails looking great in the preview, they were completely distorted when they were sent out. Our team spent dozens of hours building lists, all to have prospects receive a sales email that was a complete disaster. I will NEVER consider YW again, what a joke!

Don't waste your time or money!

I think the UI is easy to understand as well as the email notifications when a recipient opens your message. The other aspect of the solution I like is that they have manageable touchpoints for in-flight cadences that other solutions like this do not provide. 

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

The fact that you cannot simply send messaging out that follows the template you created. I had well over 100 emails sent out with strategic messaging and the individuals first name had someone else's first name in front of theirs for all emails associated with that cadence. Looked very unprofessional and the the preview of the template did not reflect that was how the messaging would look. 

**Recommendations to others considering Vendasta Yesware:**

Ask for a trial before committing. Ensure you like their UI quality of support is there as I have tried connecting with their support team without any luck.

I was trying to solve streamlined outreach to my prospects and clients. The only benefits I have realized is that there are other solutions out there that make this process way easier.

I liked when it worked for a few months. 

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

I have been unable to use YesWare mail merge in either of my accounts for over half a year! I paid $1000 and 100% of the time the mail merge fails. 100% useless and waste of money! 

**Recommendations to others considering Vendasta Yesware:**

Don't bother with mail merge. It doesn't work and if it does Gmail will likely cancel your account. I received many Gmail warning messages to that effect.

Email automation.

**What do you like best about Vendasta Yesware?**

It is a simple integration to gmail. This way I can do what I was doing without too much changes to my day to day routine.

The salesforce integration is a nice feature.

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

Poor customer service, once you have signed up and paid they dont bother to clarify, help introduce any new features etc. Attention is only paid till you are a prospect.

No integration to anything other salesforce. We use zoho and there is nothing we can do to integrate Yesware data to Zoho, have tried to communicate multiple times to see if something can be done regarding this. But to no avail.

Pricing is opaque, they keep discounting for folks who have not signed up, but don't incentivize for existing customers.

No point wasting money here. Look at other options which are both cheaper and better.

Bulk email sending.

nothing - it shows who has opended your email and tracks email activity across the team.  activity is not clean data though as it counts ooo as opens.  

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

that i paid for a year and they wont be honorable about refunding money when i have to buy another tool to send sequences out.  the buggy interface, that it shuts my email down often or sends blank email.

create an opt out in the contract to save yourself the aggravation of being locked into a contract if it doesnt work for you.

No they have not- we are not able to automate sequences.  The  only thing we are using it for are template performance and to see who is opening emails.

  ### 14. Absolutely worthless if you live in Australia

**What do you like best about Vendasta Yesware?**

- It's features are good if they work.
- I have used it before in Singapore and had success.
- Great to keep up with clients, email opens, do drip campaigns when it works.
- Can help you identify more likely prospects and have a view of your prospecting funnel.

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

- They don't have the bandwidth to work in Australia- continuously times out.
- All of my other SaaS applications work fine (Salesforce, Xero, Autopilot, etc.), but Yesware works only intermittently.
- You can get to the end of an activity and then you get stuck if it needs to connect with their server/cloud- sometimes you can send, sometimes you can't and have to start over.
- A good tool when it works, but when it can only work 20% of the time.

Drip campaigns using their mail merge.
Template emails using email templates.

Being able to track emails, upload templates, and communicate with the Yesware staff

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

It always made my Outlook crash and once I got a Mac it was even worse.

**Recommendations to others considering Vendasta Yesware:**

I would recommend being able to test Yesware  with your email provider before purchasing and implementing. You want to make sure that all of your sales team is using it and can track emails in the same way. Also, if customer success managers are going to implement the software they should also be trained on how to use templates and upload them. Sometimes organizations invest in technology for their sales teams and forget abou tusing it on the customer side as well. It's just as important for our customer success team to be able to see if their customers open their emails as it is for new business.

Trying to be able to track emails to prospects, see when they opened them, how often they go back to an email and open it, etc.

Tracking better than most other apps out there. Reminders are nice and analytics are great too.

**What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?**

Had quite a few problems measuring response results. NEW PRICING MODEL to use any of the actually useful enterprise feature, mail merge, salesforce sync, click-to-call, require UP-FRONT ANNUAL PAYMENT.

**What problems is Vendasta Yesware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outlook-SFDC sync, Mail Merge, and Click-to-call, its is possible to set all this up for free in outlook but challenging.
