I love how the Vendasta AI Platform's voice AI is invaluable because it intercepts all of our phone calls and transfers them to the right people, ensuring we never miss a call or potential lead. It's great that it handles spam calls and makes sure the right words are always said. The voice AI also explains to callers about our products and can transfer calls to a human if needed, which means we never miss a call, and people always get to the right place. The chatbot AI is also helpful as it answers questions and directs users to the right places on the website to find more information, send a message, or schedule an appointment.
