I really like the Vendasta AI Platform. It's been great for converting more customers with its snapshot reports, which help us build solid proposals with the right pricing and products. The reporting system is helpful for showing customers their progress and tying it to business intelligence, like leads from Google and Facebook Ads. I also appreciate how it connects with various applications and integrates well with Google Analytics 4 for local SEO. The managed SEO products have been a game changer for us. Customers love getting their monthly executive report, seeing growth and keyword scaling, which is something we like the most. The automations are super handy, especially for email marketing campaigns and the AI receptionist, which efficiently connects clients with businesses and handles appointments. I find it awesome that customers can log in, create booking links, and manage their products, including social media and Google Ads. I think the reporting for ads could use a bit more depth, especially in terms of showing how phone calls reach customers and classifying leads between phone calls and form completions. What I love most about the Vendasta AI Platform is that I can set it up in minutes for clients. We can test out a chatbot on a live call with the client, and the client's leads, when connected, can come straight in from basically any other platform, whether it's a Facebook or Google campaign, or simply organic leads from their website. This is just scratching the surface. Then, you can take it to the next level by creating automations and workflows to follow-up with these leads. Having an AI chatbot customized and created from scratch is a little more difficult than having a platform like Vendasta, with Vendasta, it's super easy. Once the product is engaged, you can instantly start customizing based on the client's wants, needs, and goals, cutting down setup time by weeks. After the initial setup, clients can just go to their dashboard, and they get notifications when leads come in and automations are triggered. The biggest hiccup is the integrations with other platforms that I'm just not accustomed to. Even my programming team has gotten snagged along the way trying to spend some time with the Zapier connections. Maybe having some type of setup included that can predetermine what connections might be needed for clients that they don't know until they're already a month or two in. And that way, we can start to attack and approach those integrations and setups at the very beginning, with the team and maybe even some training for the partners and the partners' tech team that could be useful. I like the business app within Vendasta AI Platform because it gives me all the information I need to sell someone, including the ability to assess someone's social media presence. I also appreciate the wide range of AI services it offers, from search engine optimization to the AI receptionist and AIPR types, helping to get reviews for my business. I think the onboarding system can be a little complex at the very beginning. There's a lot for people to handle and specific guidance like 'do this, do that' will be helpful. From a marketing standpoint, it's kinda confusing for marketing agencies as you're trying to figure out and find out where things are on two different platforms instead of one. It is frustrating that I can't upload a CSV of social media posts for an individual account on marketing, but I can for multi-location. It is also confusing whether I can add a discount to a customer for x number of months.
