I like the fact that I get a chat AI agent and a voice AI agent. I can deploy them in segments or just put them on my website, and they're easy to use. It communicates with me through their business app when there's important information I need to notice. I find that the UI/UX is intuitive. I've trained lots of people and small business owners who aren't the most tech-savvy sometimes, and they find it very easy to integrate and derive value from the apps. One item that needs some further improvement to help speed to market. It would be really helpful to have not just white labeled videos, but also raw video files of demos of the software being used on different devices, like a laptop or phone. More clean, raw content would allow us to add our branding or our partner's branding, fast. We have to produce these and incur that cost of time and budget resources. I’m using Vendasta AI Platform for prospecting new clients and servicing them. It saves me time and also has a good CRM system for tracking potential and existing clients. The phone system shows up for my clients as their business, so they can’t see who is actually calling them. If incoming calls were not masked or hidden, it would simplify things and show who is calling like a regular phone call.
