You add a property by talking: describe the home out loud and the listing fills itself in, in seconds instead of a quarter of an hour at the keyboard. Enquiries from property portals and e-mail land in a single inbox, so no lead gets lost. The system matches each buyer with suitable properties and drafts replies in the buyer's own language: Italian, English, Russian, German, French. The agent checks and sends, so the client gets a message written by a person, not a bot. Viewings, short-let bookings, payments and deadlines sit on one screen, with reminders on Telegram.
