From an operational standpoint, the software they use simplifies the implementation and management of such a large-scale initiative, making it easy to track individual progress and offer additional support as needed. Their service is both efficient, cost effective and genuinely people-focused.

Christina Murphy and Shannon Dante are exceptional business professionals and can be completely relied on to deliver the services outlined and are proactive in their support of projects of this type.

My personal coach, Bethany Greenly has been an amazing coach, guide and mentor during my own journey. She is highly knowledgeable and current with the latest job search tools, techniques, and strategies, which is crucial given how much the job market has evolved. VelvetJobs is my preferred outplacement provider and truly stands out in this field. I have relied on their outstanding services to manage a large-scale restructuring and layoff process involving over 400 people. Every individual affected by the layoff was given access to their offerings, which include resume building, networking coaching, and access to both international and domestic job boards that are carefully curated. Most notably, they provide personal, one-on-one coaching, which I found to be especially impactful. The coaches at VelvetJobs are exceptional—highly knowledgeable and current with the latest job search tools, techniques, and strategies, which is crucial given how much the job market has evolved. I was also among those impacted by the layoffs, so I can personally vouch for the value of their services.
