Because it's used worldwide it doesn't cater to US OSHA recordability. Some things are confusing because they might be recordable on an OSHA log but not reportable to a government agency. In Velocity EHS the recordability is marked under the header of Externally Reportable? And if you do not note that it was reported to OSHA it will not add it to the OSHA log . Very confusing.
