The website is good, simple, and easy to use. After completing my info on their platform, I received feedback in less than 24 hours, sharing what I missed on the form. As soon as I fixed that, I received the final contract in less than 1 hour (which was really fast). **What do you dislike about Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)?** I had to fill out the form on the platform and then again in an Excel file. In the future, the platform could fill in the Excel file with the information we already provided on the website. **What problems is Pebl (formerly Velocity Global) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company that I'll work for doesn't hire contractors in Brazil, so Velocity Global is hiring me as a local employee to work for the foreign company. This makes the policy feel unclear and unhelpful in real situations, especially when trying to determine what can actually be reimbursed. **What problems is Pebl (formerly Velocity Global) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Velocity Global simplifies the complexities of international employment by acting as the Employer of Record. This allows me to work for a foreign company while staying compliant with local labor laws, without the company needing to establish a legal entity in my country. It benefits me by providing a legal, structured employment relationship—complete with local payroll, tax compliance, and access to benefits—while still working for a global organization.
