What do you like best about Vellum?

Using Vellum is like seeing for the first time when it comes to LLM Ops.

The platform immediately allows you to experiment with different models and explore the impact on performance.

Support is unbelievable: the team is incredibly customer-centric and is invested in your success.

My team went from using basic prompting to running incredibly complex and robust workflows in a matter of days.

Getting set up takes less than a day and you see value immediately: it is now the most used tool in our stack and I personally login every single day.

What do you dislike about Vellum?

I wish I had something to add here. Everything we haven't liked so far has been fixed or added to their product roadmap. The CTO and CPO will often deploy code same day to improve the customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vellum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vellum solves several key problems for us:

1. It gives us real visibility into what we're generating for our customers (we do high-volume generation and it's a game-changer).

2. It gives us the flexibility to "try-before-we-buy" when it comes to deploying new versions of our prompts saving us time and money in the process.

3. It allows us to run complex semantic search workflows with literally no overhead.

4. They allow us to map our actual data with the generated content.
