Another limitation is that while Veo is excellent for reporting it’s not designed for data entry or making changes directly in the ERP, it’s read only. One of the biggest issues it addresses is the inefficiency of manual reporting. With Velixo, I can pull live ERP data directly into Excel and build customized financial reports without exporting and reformatting data each time, this saves hours of work during month and close and improves turnaround time for executive report. Velixo also solve the problem of disconnected data. Because the reports are always linked to real time ERP data, I can ensure decision makers are looking at the most current and accurate numbers, reducing the risk of errors from outdated spreadsheets. Plus, the formula languages are easy to follow compared with SQL as an example especially when that is not your area of profession. Other areas that we haven't used yet in our business but plan to is the ability to post our journal entries through Velixo without the need to log into the Accounting System. **What do you dislike about Velixo?** There have been times that, due to the size of the reports, the queries do get stuck. If there is a way to not refresh multiple files that are open at the same time, I need to learn this, but that is primarily what happens shutting down my PC for a good 20 - 30 minutes at times for the files to refresh. **What problems is Velixo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had previously paid for Budgeting Tools unbenounced that Velixo can handle it all plus integrate the final approved Budget into our Accounting Software (Acumatica).
