Reports are professional looking, easy to keep updated saves me HOURS every month so I don't have to export data, reformat it and then analyze. If I need some quick information Velixo is the first place I look to get it, I go to Velixo daily, maybe even more often than Acumatica. And the distribution feature is the best - saves so much time and automatically changes the parameters on my reports to distribute to the correct department. It's super easy to implement and get up and going immediately. It's much easier to format reports the way I want compared to Acumatica's native report designer. I love using Velixo to seamlessly extract information to Excel and then integrate it with Acumatica using the generic writeback. The platform's flexibility allows me to create more featured dashboards for management in PowerBI, which are more robust than Acumatica and Excel's limited pivot tables. I also find the distribute feature incredibly useful; it lets me save the monthly financials both in live Velixo formula versions and non-formula versions for those without Velixo. Additionally, I appreciate how it helps in preparing email drafts of the monthly financials to the operations team. **What do you dislike about Velixo?** I find the connection with Velixo not very consistent. I often have to click the add-in button to close Velixo, close all my Excel tabs, and hope that reopening will fix the error. I would also like more native formulas for dealing with different branches and companies within the same Acumatica account. Additionally, Velixo Classic and Velixo NX handle errors differently, which modifies formulas, and it would be better if this could be unified. It integrates very well with our ERP. **What do you dislike about Velixo?** Within the Velixo workbook, I consistently encounter a couple of annoying issues. One is that it thinks there are links to other workbooks, even though there aren't. So I get error messages saying that the Excel isn't able to get updated values from a linked workbook. When I then click on "Manage Workbook Links", it says there are no links to any external workbooks. Also, when I have certain cells protected through password, whenever anyone opens up the workbook, it prompts for password several times, the users just have to cancel through them, but it's annoying. **What problems is Velixo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than having to run reports out of our ERP to them copy and paste into my workbooks, adding the Velixo functionality to my existing workbooks saves critical time and energy to focus on more critical tasks. **Official Response from Janet Keating:** > We appreciate your positive feedback on Velixo's ability to save time and effort by seamlessly pulling data from your ERP and integrating well with it. Plus, the formula languages are easy to follow compared with SQL as an example especially when that is not your area of profession. Other areas that we haven't used yet in our business but plan to is the ability to post our journal entries through Velixo without the need to log into the Accounting System. **What do you dislike about Velixo?** There have been times that, due to the size of the reports, the queries do get stuck. If there is a way to not refresh multiple files that are open at the same time, I need to learn this, but that is primarily what happens shutting down my PC for a good 20 - 30 minutes at times for the files to refresh. **What problems is Velixo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had previously paid for Budgeting Tools unbenounced that Velixo can handle it all plus integrate the final approved Budget into our Accounting Software (Acumatica).
