Vektra OS is an integrated operational ecosystem engineered in Québec and 100% hosted in Canada. Tailored for MSPs, field service trades, and construction contractors, it replaces 5+ fragmented subscriptions with a single industrial core spine: • Vektra IT & PSA/RMM: Tenant-branded silent Windows agent, live SignalR technician chat from the system tray, remote PowerShell scripting with biometric mobile approvals, and VoIP.ms CDR billing. • Built-in Claude AI Assistant: Native Anthropic Claude integration for smart quote generation from field notes, technical ticket summaries, and CCQ decree navigation with private data isolation. • Quotes, Billing & E-Sign: Native Canadian GST/QST/HST calculation, recurring subscriptions with automated mid-cycle proration, and tamper-evident PDF/A digital signatures. • Construction & CCQ Trades: Estimating archetypes, project cost tracking with statutory holdbacks, mobile crew timesheets, and CCQ decree payroll reporting. • Lockbox Zero-Trust Exchange: Encrypted client file exchange with native Microsoft Outlook Add-in and client-custody encryption keys. • Native Mobile First: Full-featured offline-resilient apps for iOS and Android.
