**What do you like best about VEITA?**

Veita has been a great help for us to monitor and reduce our DSO. The implementation was very fast and straightforward. The software is self-explanatory and very easy to use and saves us a lot of time. Features that we appreciate most are the dashboards and the custom workflows for individual yet automated customer communication. The team is very supportive and eager to continuously improve the platform.

**What do you dislike about VEITA?**

Feedback that we had, has been or is about to be implemented. I personally would like to see more dashboard and reporting widgets.

**What problems is VEITA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We gained many new insights into our receivables that we were not aware of before. We were surprised that some of our best customers pay much later than others. We didn't notice that with our previous system. It is very helpful that we can remind the late payers directly with Veita and thus achieve a better payment morale.
