**What do you like best about Veevart?**

I like Veevart's robust capabilities. The ticketing feature works especially well, particularly for courses. We used to have to get parents to fill out paper forms, and now we can do it all online, which saves us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

We're still learning, some steps aren't as user friendly as they could be. It's hard to wrap my head around a solution without fully understanding how it works on the backend and what is available to change. For example, program registration, when it's cancelled we have to delete the ticketing item and the charge and all these steps that get confusing.

**Recommendations to others considering Veevart:**

Take the time to learn the software entirely. Set up meetings with your account manager and ask questions. Utilize the tutorial videos that are recommended.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Veevart for donor and volunteer management, donations, sales, and ticketing. It saves us a lot of time, especially in ticketing for courses, moving from paper forms to online.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

Without a doubt, Veevart’s greatest strength is its customer support. The Veevart team has supported us at every stage, from the initial implementation to our ongoing use of the product. They are always quick to respond to our needs. Beyond resolving issues as they come up, they also offer comprehensive staff training, customizing each session to match our team’s skill levels. Furthermore, they actively support product development and are dedicated to enhancing and expanding features based on our feedback.

As an integrated system, Veevart is both flexible and adaptable. The seamless combination of CRM, admissions, membership, store, online events, courses, ticketing, and facility rentals has greatly streamlined our operations. Being built on the Salesforce platform also provides us with access to a wide ecosystem of solutions for our software requirements.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

Transitioning to the Salesforce platform was quite a challenge and initially felt overwhelming, particularly when it came to reporting. Many staff members found some features, especially the reporting tools, to be less than intuitive. On the positive side, the customer support has been excellent, and assistance is always readily available. One improvement we would like to see is a more effective way to organize online courses in our Museum Academy, rather than having to manage each course individually.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We transitioned from using several stand-alone software solutions to a single integrated package. Now, we have a unified source of truth, which has greatly improved our operations. With this change, we can offer digital memberships and deliver a more seamless experience to both our visitors and members. Since Veevart is specifically designed for museums, it has proven to be an excellent fit for our organization.

The customer service and support team is extremely responsive and well-informed, offering a truly personalized experience. Rather than dealing with ticket numbers, navigating menus, or speaking with outsourced representatives, you communicate directly with someone who understands your business.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

For newcomers to Salesforce, the implementation process may feel daunting. The VeeVart team supported us with hands-on help during our onboarding and gave us thorough guidance. Still, I would suggest familiarizing yourself with Salesforce before beginning the process.

Veevart offers a comprehensive platform for handling all customer-related activities. In the past, we relied on multiple systems to support our business model, which often made things complicated. Now, Veevart acts as our central hub, streamlining everything from marketing and communication to sales and ongoing customer engagement.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

I like that Veevart gives me a whole picture of what's going on, like daily sales, what products are selling well, and which items are selling less. I appreciate being able to see an average of prices and a lot of very useful information for daily operations in the gift shop. Veevart is a great tool for providing information that helps make better decisions about what to offer to customers. The team was very supportive during the setup process, which went smoothly despite the challenges of data migration.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

Sometimes it's hard to follow-up with new reports. I guess it's a lot about keeping practicing, but if you have a good customer service, it's easier to know how to.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veevart is the right tool for inventory updates, giving me a whole picture of general performance and product trends, which helps in decision-making about what to offer to customers.

The customer service at Veevart has been excellent. Our relationship with the Implementation team has been strong, with consistent check-ins and open communication. They supported us throughout our specific conversion requests and customization requirements. Since then, we have continued to meet regularly with our customer success manager to address any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

There are certain features we had with our previous system that Veevart is still in the process of adding, like a dedicated Gala or Fundraising event module and the ability to sell gift memberships directly through the Point of Sale app. However, I appreciate that they are very responsive to feedback and actively work to improve their integrations based on user input. I also find the flexibility of reporting options a bit limited, however, the Veevart team is always willing to help create custom reports as needed.

Their system replaced another system for us. The Veevart platform is much more advanced and the point of sale system and ticketing forms are much more user-friendly.

While the entire platform is great, I think the customer service and staff is the best part about Veevart. They have been so accomodating and supportive of our organization, I sometimes forget they are an external hire and not full time employees with us. The software itself integrates very well with our shop and events, making registrations, sales, and accounting details that much easier.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

Sometimes there are too many fields too file out, but I also understand this provides a wider and stronger collection of data that is very much needed.

It is allowing us to track attendance, sell event tickets, manage our donors, and track fundraising initiatives.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

I find Veevart incredibly valuable for managing relationships with members, donors, and visitors as it allows me to track donations, memberships, events, and communications efficiently all in one place. Its integration for selling tickets to events and exhibitions greatly streamlines front desk operations. What stands out to me is the thoughtful organization of the platform, which ensures that all our records and documents are easily accessible and none are lost or overlooked. I particularly appreciate the excellent customer service that is always responsive and available via various channels such as email and Zoom calls, making the set-up process incredibly easy. Furthermore, the rental system and courses feature are fantastic additions, with the potential for even further enhancement. Making the switch from Altru to Veevart was a decision driven by the platform offering more options that align with our goals and vision. Overall, I am quite satisfied with Veevart and its ability to fit seamlessly into our organizational needs.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

I dislike the limitations in customizing designations for Corporate Memberships, which restricts flexibility with donation options. The inability to easily switch donation frequencies for marketing campaigns aimed at monthly donors was a hassle until an update was made, but it still requires some improvements. Additionally, the issue with Corporate Memberships renewal emails not containing a functional renewal link is frustrating, as it necessitates tracking each membership individually and sending personal links. Lastly, while the courses feature is great, it falls short by not allowing course purchases directly through the POS system, which could enhance the user experience significantly.

I use Veevart to manage member relationships, track donations, and organize events in one place. It centralizes records to prevent loss and oversight, enhancing our operational efficiency.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

I love the support that Veevart provides when I have questions about the system. They show a genuine desire to enhance the customer experience, which I appreciate. They are attentive to the needs of their customers, as evidenced by their efforts to develop new features, like the online gift certificates, which I find beneficial. This feature allows me to offer our clients gift certificates that they can apply to courses we offer, thereby generating more income for the museum. I also appreciate the seamless integration of Veevart with AYDEN during my term, which was executed flawlessly with helpful representatives addressing all my queries. Furthermore, I find the reports generated from the information collected during purchases very beneficial. These reports provide valuable insights and are easy to generate, which enhances the utility of Veevart for our operations.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

I appreciate Veevart for being a comprehensive operations management system that integrates various crucial aspects such as donations, memberships, admissions, point of sale, and online ticketing. Veevart's tracking and reporting features are outstanding and have significantly simplified the process of monitoring our donors and members. The ease of use of its Point of Sale system is another standout feature that makes day-to-day operations less cumbersome. The online ticketing functionality is fantastic, enabling seamless management of event access. Furthermore, the initial setup of Veevart was very easy, and the training provided was exceptional, ensuring a smooth transition for our team. These combined features make Veevart an invaluable tool for our non-profit museum and I would highly recommend it to others.

I have had a few issues with Veevart not being intuitive. Although these issues have been handled well by customer service, I wish the system were more intuitive from the start.

I appreciate Veevart for making it easy to manage ticketing, memberships, and recurring donations. It allows us to report all in one place without having to switch between different software. Their support is very responsive, which I value a lot. I love how customizable Veevart is, and it integrates seamlessly with the Salesforce ecosystem, which is a big plus for us. We switched from Blackbaud Altru and are much happier with Veevart's team and support; they are much more pleasant to work with.

Their courses module is less mature than other software solutions, like Hisawyer.

I love the diversity of services the Veevart apps offer. They are able to solve many business needs all from one platform. The success managers after implementation are helpful and dedicated to your organization's needs.

If you have no prior experience in Salesforce, the implementation may be harder to follow along with. The Veevart team does a good job of including some basic Salesforce information but additional familiarity will help you out when learning how to use all of the tools.

Veevart allows me to accept donations, manage memberships, sell shop items, host private groups and rental events, and more!! Having all of these features from one software has allowed me to have a clearer picture of my guests and supporters.

VeeVart has streamlined our ticketing and membership management, while also offering extra features to grow our business. Its online applications and mobile POS are easy to use and customer-friendly. The Salesforce integrations operate seamlessly with various leading third-party services, giving us more chances to expand and manage everything on a single platform. The customer service and support team are highly responsive and knowledgeable, offering a personalized touch. There are no ticket numbers, menu selections, or outsourced support—you have direct communication with someone familiar with your business.

For those new to Salesforce, the implementation process can be overwhelming. The VeeVart team provided hands-on assistance throughout our onboarding and offered detailed guidance. However, I would recommend additional SalesForce training prior to starting the process.

The customer service provided by Veevart is nothing short of impeccable. Every interaction has been marked by efficiency, friendliness, and a genuine desire to assist. It’s clear that the team is committed to providing a top-notch experience, and their support has been invaluable to us.

It’s worth noting that the platform itself has a bit of a learning curve. The system isn’t the most intuitive out of the box, and it does require a substantial amount of time and effort to become proficient. But once you get the hang of it, the service and functionality are fantastic, making the initial learning phase worthwhile.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

The added functionality on top of Salesforce NPSP to manage memberships and event ticketing, and the integrated payments functionality that their point-of-sale adds

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

Not everything works as expected, we've run into areas where their Apex triggers conflict with another automation. The vendor is diligent about working through these issues though.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Veevart for membership management and event ticketing. They do a lot more, most of which is not relevant to our use case, some of which may be helpful someday. But just the two functions we leverage are saving our nonprofit organization tens of thousands of dollars per year compared to previous solutions. Meanwhile, the integration of the membership and ticketing functions enables better execution on member/nonmember ticketing offers, resulting in far fewer customer service calls. The online POS also allows customers to optionally add a donation at checkout, which increases our revenue and donor base, with the transaction recorded directly in Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

Veevart Dashboards are amazing!  Customized to specific needs, they give us the ability to take in a lot of information at once. Also beneficial, is the full integration of all our contacts' information, including the events they have attended, donations they have made over time, whether or not they are members, how frequently they visit, museum store items they have purchased, etc. Probably the most impressive aspect of Veevart is its customer support. They have helped us make our events and products more available and easy to review.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

There is a big learning curve--especially for employees not familiar with using a complex, online database. However, the support is always available, friendly and useful.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veevart makes it possible for us to track multiple lines of revenue and to relate that data to specific contacts. We can target marketing to distinct groups based on the records Veevart gathers on purchases made and events attended. Our visitors can make donations in several, readily available ways, which has increased our donations significantly.  Our tickets are adaptable to changes in visitors' plans and our online presence is streamlined and easy to use. The addition of photos and descriptions to go with each event has increased the appeal of these museum offers.

The platform provides an amazing snapshot of a visitors connection to the organization and allows you to easily identify who may be in a capacity to give more through donations or memberships.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

Based on the Salesforce platform, it can be a little intimidating for those unfamiliar to become confident in using the platform in the beginning. Salesforce has its own nomenclature (opportunities etc...) that takes getting used to.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, we had multiple databases (Rentals, Retail, \Fundraising) and we never had a clear picture of how a client was engaging throughout the organization. We have much better data now to be able to speak with confidence to clients on how they can engage further with the Museum.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

More than anything, the customer service Veevart provides is second to none. We have asked for several new features to be put into development and they always jump to accommodate. If you need to speak with someone directly, there is no need to sit on the phone listening to hold music, as your personal contact will always be there to help.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

No software is perfect, and of course there are always things that can be improved. We are looking forward to Veevart's upcoming updates to gala management, discount code limits, and even some of the functionalities that we specifically requested like ticketing add-ons.

**Recommendations to others considering Veevart:**

Even if what you are looking for isn't explicitly stated as a feature of Veevart, still give it a chance. There are so many things in development and Veevart is always working to make this software more usable for their customers.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a user-friendly way to manage our timed ticketing capacities. Veevart has far from exceeded our expectations, as in addition to their great timed ticketing they allow us to easily manage school group visits and other programs and events. More than anything, their biggest value is that they continue to make incredible improvements and they clearly value their customers.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

Veevart's support is really outstanding, with rapid response when issues arise and a willingness to help us customize our instance to get the most value out of the system as possible.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

As a growing company, they are continually working to improve the product. A few updates were issued without sufficient warning, but when we raised this problem they quickly addressed it and have worked to make sure we get plenty of notice about upcoming updates.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veevart allows us to connect memberships, donations, ticket management, scheduling, and more all through a single platform.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

We did research on several other products before settling on Veevart. The price for the amount of features was unparalleled. The Veevart customer service team is also incredibly attentive. They are always willing to meet and make customization changes as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

The Veevart team had never transferred data from Donorperfect (our old donor database) before. That proved slightly challenging for the team to figure out what information to include and what it wold look like once it was entered into the new platform. The Veevart customer service team was very diligent on following up with us though and were able to do the data transfer quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Veevart:**

I would make sure that you are very clear about which features you liked from your old database (if you are transferring from another software rather than starting from scratch). Maybe even give the Veevart Team login information for your old database so they can see how it compares. I would also make sure all the information from your old database is completely cleaned and de-duped before you begin the transfer process. The Veevart Team will be very willing to work with you as long as you are very communicative with them.

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Veevart helps consolidate all visitor information. For example whether people donate through our website, purchase something from the gift shop, or reserve a timed ticket to see our exhibitions, all that information can be entered automatically into the Veevart database. It makes reporting on attendance, donations, etc. easy and comprehensive.

**What do you like best about Veevart?**

The customer service is hands down the best part about Veevart. They have quick response time, amazing teamwork to the gallery, and they have the same goal in mind with the business of creating the best possible landing platform for the client. Definitely would recommend to other galleries to consider for their business.

**What do you dislike about Veevart?**

Downside would be that every once in a while there may be some typos that appear, but easy to fix on their platform with quick response time. Other than that, they are very easy to collaborate with! In terms of the website design, making the website more original to the gallery would be interesting to see, sleeker transitiosn and more dynamic. overall the modern and sleek look is very pleasing and we appreciate it- makes the UX A+ and that is the most important. Another thing that would be best to change would change the order of dimensions (HxWxD) and not have it (WxHxD).

**Recommendations to others considering Veevart:**

Become familiar with the customer service team, and rely on the tutorials, they help!

**What problems is Veevart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy integration with Mailchimp and Veevart contacts, once its all figured out, it makes the work load a lot easier. The benefit of having inventory directly correlated with the website and the landing page, and having everything blended into one program makes the work seamlessly easier.

Amazing customer support and 1-on-1 integration. Their team is constantly finding ways to help us to best use the program and utilize its fullest capabilities to our advantage. The ways that the system can be configured to the gallery's benefit are endless.

Certain custom documents are additional costs.

Be prepared with all of the things that you are looking for in a porgram when beginning to look and implement this one. They will help you with the transition.
