It is simple & easy to use. I have used different sponsor specific eTMF's but Veeva Vault is my Favorite. I am also the SME for Veeva Vault in my company. You can find any document with just one tag word and it will show up. Also pulling up different reports is easy as per your requirement as compared to other eTMF's. You can bulk upload in Veeva Vault & if there is any duplication it is so fast that it shows up if any duplication is present. Also metadata to be filled is also very less. As long as I was using Veeva Vault one thing I found was that when a document is rejected you have to open the 2 pop-ups to see the reason for rejection. The balloon just gives you an overview of the rejection but you have to open pop-ups which is not easily accessible. Veeva Vault, I would say is such a compact system, that has actually consolidated every phase of medical industry, right from Clinical trials to the Promotional peices.
