Veeva is an excellent tool in the pharmaceutical company because it allows the medical, legal, and regulatory teams to communicate with other company areas to review materials successfully. There is not much missing from Veeva Vault. The only thing that can be frustrating is when someone owns the project, only that person can work on the project. Honestly there are many things to speak about veeva vault. Below are things that standouts for me:

When I was working with a leading US based pharma CRO, I was using it for review of Trial Master Files (Clinical Ops.)

1. Very easy to review the files.

2. Anyone can have a training in "Sandbox" environment of veeva vault which is nothing but the exactly similar to production environment and I felt it wonderful.

3. Easily we can promote the files for secondary reviews.l, obsolete docs.
