The best part is customizing and displaying the results with minimal efforts. What do you dislike about Veeva Claims Management? The number of visualizations seems to be low with limited options only. Recommendations to others considering Veeva Claims Management: Hey folks, if you are stuck with local spreadsheets and facing challenges and spending days in maintaining your data, VCM can prove to be a god's blessing for the same. The main problem we were facing was managing and storing data throughout the month and then preparing the final summary every month-end and sending it to higher management to track progress. The best part is that it is easy to use and helps to collaborate since it is a cloud application. It helped us to bring down the use of spreadsheets and thus reduce manual efforts. Since it is a cloud application it has its downside risks too. The cost is a bit on the higher side and small companies won't use it. There are still some bugs. Veeva should focus on fixing them. Frankly speaking doesn't found any such issue just it is less popular in the market and one glitch which is found is in signing in and signing out expect that it is way efficient for management guys, so these can be ignored.
