Very good approval process with email communication. At the management level, it becomes difficult to get into the figures, the report sharing feature saves our back in that case. **What do you dislike about Veeva Claims Management?** The number of visualizations seems to be low with limited options only. I am expecting some more features to be added in the future so that we can leverage much more variety. **Recommendations to others considering Veeva Claims Management:** Hey folks, if you are stuck with local spreadsheets and facing challenges and spending days in maintaining your data, VCM can prove to be a god's blessing for the same. **What problems is Veeva Claims Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we were facing was managing and storing data throughout the month and then preparing the final summary every month-end and sending it to higher management to track progress. The cost is a bit on the higher side and small companies won't use it. There are still some bugs. Veeva should focus on fixing them.
