"Zero-threshold all-in-one meeting, collaboration has never been so smooth."
4/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I like the zero-threshold "instant use" feature of Veeting Rooms, which completely eliminates the friction of attending meetings. There's no need to download a client; you can create a room and generate a link with one click in the browser, and participants can join by clicking, even without registering an account. When initiating a quick cross-department meeting or urgent client communication, there's no need to wait for participants to install and debug software; you can enter a collaborative state within 30 seconds, which is particularly friendly for non-technical colleagues or external clients. Its lightweight architecture doesn't require high network demands, and a regular home/office network can also be stable and smooth, significantly reducing meeting delays and interruptions caused by equipment or network issues. Additionally, I appreciate its integrated collaboration interface, which eliminates the inefficiency of switching between multiple tools. The tabbed interface allows seamless switching between video calls, collaborative whiteboards, file sharing, and real-time notes in the same window, without interrupting the flow of thought. During product requirement reviews, you can communicate via video while drawing flowcharts on the whiteboard and simultaneously open PDF prototypes to annotate modification points. All operations and content are synchronized in real-time, eliminating the need to consolidate files from multiple tools after the meeting. You can directly export meeting minutes and whiteboard content, greatly reducing content fragmentation and version confusion, significantly improving collaboration efficiency. What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

The professionalism and depth of whiteboard and document collaboration are insufficient. The whiteboard features are basic, lacking professional templates such as flowcharts, UML diagrams, mind maps, etc. Document collaboration only supports basic annotations and lacks the ability for multiple people to edit Word/Excel/PPT in real-time. The export formats for whiteboard content are limited, mainly to image formats, making it difficult to integrate with professional design or project management tools. In actual use, product or technical teams need to switch to tools like Figma or XMind during plan reviews or requirement sorting, which disrupts the continuity of collaboration. "Simple and easy to use for quick meetings"
4/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I really like how easy it is to set up and join meetings. You don’t need to download anything. Just click a link and you’re in. The interface is clean and simple, so it’s easy to find what you need. I also appreciate the strong security features, which make me feel confident about having private business discussions. The whiteboard and document-sharing tools are super handy for team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

Sometimes the audio or video quality can drop if the internet connection isn’t strong. Also, while the features are great, the design feels a bit basic compared to other meeting tools. A more modern look or extra customization options would make it feel even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Veeting Rooms's clarity and security enhance every meeting"
5/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I'm always amazed by its ease of use and the high-definition video quality of videoconferencing because the clear image improves visual communication and meeting fluency. Veeting Rooms has a mobile application so meetings can be held from anywhere without losing quality; on the other hand I like that it allows sharing large files because it facilitates the exchange of materials that are part of projects that involve many resources. What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

In the time I've been using it, Veeting Rooms has not failed, with no disconnections or delays, which guarantees connection stability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
