"Innovative Video Conferencing with AI and Whiteboard Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

The best thing I love about this platform is the differentiation from other Video conferencing platform with features such as AI Assistant and Meeting Minutes. As Meeting Minutes are very frequent in my organization for sanctioning projects, this platform applicability is so much close with our organization. The platform also have all necessary features that to effectively engage with clients, teams and other meetings. I am also glad that it contains the white board feature as this allows effective communication during the video conferencing sessions. It also have a very user friendly interface. I personally feel that this platform have a clean and organized display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

I don't have much dislike about this platform but I felt that the price was little high though that compensates with its applicability. Though I love the presence of AI in this platform I wish that the AI model to be more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Privacy-Focused, Feature-Rich Meeting Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I appreciate Veeting Rooms for its strong focus on privacy and built-in meeting tools tailored for professional use. The secure video conferencing, persistent meeting rooms, integrated whiteboards, document sharing, and automatic meeting summaries make it easy to conduct structured and well-documented meetings. The persistent meeting rooms are great for recurring sessions, as they keep links, settings, and materials consistent, allowing for quick and seamless meeting continuity. I also find the integrated whiteboards useful for real-time collaboration, helping to make discussions clearer. Additionally, the initial setup is quite easy since it runs directly in the browser, with no need for app or plugin installations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

Veeting Rooms can feel less polished and less widely integrated than some larger, mainstream meeting platforms, which may limit how smoothly it fits into an existing tool stack. The UI and performance could be further optimized—especially for lower-bandwidth users—and more native integrations or apps would make it easier to adopt across different devices and workflows. For lower-bandwidth users, Veeting Rooms would benefit from a more lightweight UI with fewer heavy animations, clearer controls, and an explicit “low data mode” that reduces video quality or switches to audio-first by default. Adding clearer bandwidth indicators, faster room loading, and better automatic adjustment of resolution and frame rate would make calls more stable, while simplifying menus and making key actions (mute, share screen, whiteboard, documents) more prominent would improve usability. "Effortless and Reliable Meeting Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I really appreciate Veeting Rooms for its simplicity and hassle-free use. It’s great that it works directly through the browser, making it incredibly easy for people to join meetings, even those who aren't tech-savvy. The built-in collaboration features like screen sharing and the interactive whiteboard are fantastic for keeping meetings engaging. I also like that the overall experience is smooth and stable, even during longer meetings. The interface feels clean and intuitive, which helps focus on the conversation rather than getting distracted by the tool itself. Moreover, it works well across different devices and requires minimal troubleshooting. The initial setup was straightforward and most of the team could start using it right away without needing much guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

While Veeting Rooms works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features feel a bit limited compared to larger meeting platforms, especially when it comes to deeper customization or integrations with other tools. Occasionally, more control over meeting settings or participant permissions would be helpful. Adding more flexibility and advanced options could make the platform even more powerful for larger teams or complex use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

I find that sometimes the audio and video quality fluctuates when participants have unstable networks, which slightly affects the meeting experience. Additionally, the interface on mobile could be better optimized for more efficient use on the go. Furthermore, the integration options could be expanded to include more productivity tools like calendars and CRM systems, which would enhance the user experience for business users.
