"Veeting Rooms Makes Virtual Meetings Clean, Fast, and Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

Veeting Rooms provides a clean and intuitive meeting experience that makes virtual collaboration straightforward. The platform is easy to navigate, meetings start quickly, and features like screen sharing, meeting controls, and browser-based access work smoothly. It offers everything needed for productive online meetings without adding unnecessary complexity, making it suitable for both internal team discussions and client meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

The overall experience is positive, but there is still room for improvement. I would like to see more customization options for meeting layouts and a few additional collaboration features, such as more advanced participant management and integrations with other business tools. Improving these areas would make the platform even more versatile for different team workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Managing Online Consultations and Wellness Sessions Became More Structured"
5/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly conduct online consultations, wellness discussions, and patient follow-up sessions. What I like best about Veeting Rooms is that meetings stay properly organized and comfortable to manage during regular work without making the workflow complicated. Scheduling sessions, sharing meeting links, and handling participants feels smooth during daily consultations. I also like that screen sharing, meeting room management, participant controls, and scheduled meeting options are available in one place because these features are genuinely useful during nutrition consultations and wellness guidance sessions. Explaining diet charts, reports, meal planning, and health education topics during online discussions feels easier and more structured.

Another good thing is that the meeting interface feels clean and not overloaded, so handling multiple consultation sessions together becomes more manageable during busy clinic hours. Audio and video quality also stayed stable in most meetings, and participants can join sessions without too much confusion. Features related to meeting scheduling, participant handling, screen sharing, and online collaboration fit naturally into my regular consultation and health education workflow.

Performance during regular use has also been smooth, especially while managing scheduled consultations, wellness discussions, and screen sharing together. Overall, Veeting Rooms has been useful for keeping online consultations, follow up sessions, and health education meetings more organized and properly managed during regular work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

Screen sharing and discussions work well, but when multiple participants interact together at the same time, switching between shared content and participant view can occasionally feel slightly less quick. Also, I like the clean meeting interface, but during back-to-back wellness sessions I sometimes need extra clicks to manage room settings and participant options properly. What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

One thing I dislike about Veeting Rooms is that the interface can feel a little outdated, especially when looking for certain settings or features. Some options are not as easy to find as I would expect, and the platform could be more user-friendly when managing meetings and changing settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

The best aspect of this Veeting rooms platform is it's fully browser based which means there is no download or installations required this makes this entire platforms on boarding very smooth and also their strongest advantage is their security and privacy with features like encrypted communication and control access and also their interface is clean and minimal works very well for quick meetings without any technical friction or hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

This platform is functional, but sometimes it feels basic when compared with other established video conferencing tools. It also lacks some advanced collaboration features like breakout rooms, deep integrations or even rich whiteboarding tools. Their UI tools, even though they're simple, can be more modern and engaging in terms of design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Browser-Based Meetings with Veeting Rooms"

What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

What I like best about Veeting Rooms is its simplicity and reliability. The platform is very easy to use, even for the people who are not very tech-savvy. The video and audio quality are stable, which makes meetings smooth and professional. I also appreciate that it works directly in the browser without complicated setup, saving time and effort. Overall, Veeting Rooms makes online meetings efficient, secure, and hassle free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With a few more integrations and enhanced features, it could become even more competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Booking, Needs More Customization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

Honestly, the best part about Veeting Rooms is how uncomplicated it is to use day in and day out. You don’t have to be techy to figure it out, and there’s no steep learning curve at all. The calendar view is straightforward, so I can quickly check which meeting rooms are free and pick a time that works for our team. It’s perfect for our small civil engineering business, whether I’m setting up quick internal team catch-ups, project planning talks, or meetings with outside contractors. I also really appreciate the recurring meeting function. It saves me so much repetitive work because I can set our weekly and monthly meetings once, and the system handles the rest. Getting the platform set up at the very start was also really quick and easy, no complicated installs or confusing setup steps to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

The biggest downside I’ve noticed is the lack of flexible custom options. In our line of civil engineering work, we always need to label meetings with specific project names, construction stages, or client details. But the platform doesn’t give us extra custom fields to add this kind of info. It makes it hard to go back and search or filter old meetings by project later on, which is a small but annoying limitation for our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GDPR-Compliant Meetings, Seamless Browser Access"
4/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I appreciate Veeting Rooms for its uncompromising GDPR compliance and European data hosting, which is absolutely critical for our German B2B advertising agency. It lets us conduct client meetings, campaign workshops, and confidential strategy discussions with full data security, directly building trust with our DACH-region clients. Beyond compliance, I love how lightweight and user-friendly it is—no forced app downloads, no complicated accounts, just smooth browser-based meetings with reliable video, screen sharing, and professional branding options. It combines strict privacy standards with a frustration-free experience, making it the perfect fit for professional B2B client communication. Initial setup was very straightforward and low-friction for our team. We didn’t need lengthy onboarding, dedicated IT support, or complex configuration to get started. Creating the account, setting up branded meeting rooms, adjusting access permissions, and configuring basic security settings only took a few minutes. The interface is clear and intuitive, so the whole team was able to create and join meetings right away without confusion or training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

A few areas could be smoother for our day-to-day agency work. While the core meeting experience is solid, some advanced collaboration features feel more basic compared to other tools. For example, the whiteboard and annotation options are functional but lack the flexibility we need during detailed creative reviews of ad concepts and campaigns. We’ve also noticed that meeting recording and playback options are somewhat limited, making it harder to share quick recaps with team members who couldn’t attend live. Additionally, deeper integration with common marketing and project-management tools would streamline our workflow even more, so we wouldn’t have to switch between platforms as often. "Efficient Virtual Meetings with Room for UI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Veeting Rooms?

I use Veeting Rooms for hosting virtual meetings, team collaboration, and client presentations. I like how easy it is to run and manage virtual meetings. I also appreciate how stable and reliable the platform is during meetings; the overall experience feels smooth. The initial setup was quite straightforward, and it didn't take long to get started. Most of the core features were easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeting Rooms?

I think the UI could be refined slightly to make some features more discoverable especially for new users. It could be improved by enhancing the overall navigation and making key features more visible, like clearer labeling for controls and better grouping of related functions.
