While it is easy to use, it also provides enough customization to fit our unique needs. There is a perfect balance of customizable views, shipping options, branding, etc. without too much noise that would confuse our fulfillment team. One of the best parts about it is the customer service; our questions are answered almost immediately. Also, the Veeqo team is quick to support us and listen to the suggestions we have for the platform. We want to ship things quickly & accurately. We want to provide exceptional shipping to our customers because our products are high-end and exceptional. Veeqo is a perfect match for our mission as a company. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** I would love for Veeqo to provide more reporting tools. For us specifically, we need a more in depth inventory management system that allocates for lot codes or connections to Net Suite. I would also love to be able to get detailed receipts for our shipping label purchases. Also, a direct connection to UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. reps. I would also like more customization on the packing slips & invoices. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of our goals as a business is to increase our direct to consumer sales channel. Because of the affordable labels, ease of use, and picking features, we can do this. We have our best margins from any sales channel that flows through Veeqo. Our biggest concern is getting the order sent accurately & on-time. If we were to fulfill orders from Shopify or our personal shipping carrier accounts, we wouldn't be able to do this. I also like how Veeqo is implementing things such as a Tik Tok Shop integration. We want to expand our direct to consumer business across all the new emerging social media sales channels, and Veeqo allows us to do this. ### 2. You just sign up, integrate it into your store and thats it. It gets the best rates and even gives you credits for shipping. From the inventory updates to the order processing, Veeqo flipped our warehouse operations to an extemely streamlined and efficient process that we can't live without. One of the best parts is that whenever we have an issue or question we have a direct point of contact within Veeqo that is English speaking and will set up a call with me as soon as possible to resolve any of my concerns. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Veeqo is still smaller and doesnt integrate with all e-com platforms yet. There are still some technical bugs it needs to sort out, but everything can run smoothly regardless. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our warehouse process of picking and packing orders used to take all day and sometimes even longer to process all of the orders we get in every day. But Veeqo made it simpler to the point where it only take an hour or two to complete all of our picks and we now are able to run two runs of picks every day. Also it gives us a great broken down insight into our profitablilty on Amazon, which is something sellers always have big problems with. ### 3. The platform is very efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly, which makes daily order and inventory management much easier. I particularly appreciate the wide range of options available to update and track inventory across channels, ensuring accuracy and saving a lot of time. Another great feature is the financial reporting tools, which provide clear insights into business performance and help us make better decisions. Most importantly, Veeqo’s customer support is outstanding. The Senior Account Executive, Mr. Rhys Wakely, has been extremely supportive from the very beginning always available to guide us, resolve issues, and ensure we get the most out of the system. Overall, Veeqo is an excellent solution for e-commerce businesses, combining powerful order processing, reliable inventory management, and exceptional customer support in one platform. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** The main limitation I have experienced with Veeqo is the restriction when it comes to integrating marketplaces outside of Amazon. Currently, most non-Amazon marketplaces can only be connected through third-party software, which adds extra steps and complexity to the workflow. It would be much more efficient if Veeqo offered direct integrations with a wider range of marketplaces. This would save time, reduce dependency on external tools, and make the platform even more powerful for multi-channel sellers. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Veeqo is solving several key challenges we faced in managing our e-commerce operations. One of the biggest problems was handling Amazon orders efficiently while keeping inventory updated across multiple channels. Veeqo provides a centralized platform that streamlines order processing and ensures real-time inventory accuracy, which saves us time and prevents overselling. It also helps us with better visibility into our financial performance by generating useful reports that guide our decision-making. In addition, Veeqo reduces the complexity of warehouse and fulfillment management by giving us the tools to track, process, and ship orders more effectively. We used to subscribe to a service and now no longer need to. Plus we get postage discounts AND credit back based on volume of shipping. We can use it for eBay as well as Amazon and it marks the item shipped plus reports it back to Amazon and eBay with tracking number. Also, using this creates claims protection from Amazon. We use this daily and ship many packages with ease. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Sometimes an item comes up "service unavailable" through the USPS and you have to ship UPS or FedX, but that very rarely happens. The process of purchasing labels and viewing your orders happens almost instantly. The support team is always available and very helpful whenever you need assistance. I also like that they pay attention to user feedback and regularly introduce new features. As a business that tried other shipping platforms, I found the implementation process to be very easy, especially since Veeqo offers an excellent way to connect with various marketplaces and shipping carriers. A lot of other softwares out there have a pretty hefty price tag. So it’s nice to see something that’s free to use. The support we had has been great, and once we got it set up, it has been easy sailing since. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** The only thing we would like to see is if Veeqo synced real time. When our orders are first made the information is pushed to Veeqo and if the customer adds on any additional item through our aftersell plugin, it’s not fed through to Veeqo. The ease of integration to our various eCommerce channels (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok and wholesale) was a big plus. We also have quite specific and custom requirements and the flexible and easy to use API meant Veeqo was a viable option for us where. The support from Veeqo was excellent and knowledgeable which considering the software is free is remarkable. We were able to set up Veeqo in house with the support from Veeqo and it has worked better than we expected so far. We use it to manage our listings on Amazon, eBay and a Website. **What do you dislike about Veeqo?** Nothing major but we there are a few things we would like to be able to do in the API that are not yet available but these are more wishes than a problem with the software. **What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can manage all our orders from multiple channels in one dashboard, this has saved time and money.
