The application is well designed and easy to use for VM backups... in theory. There are options for D2D, Cloud and tape backup. It's easy to set up and manage backup jobs. Technical support is totally hit or miss so your problems may or not be resolved. I've submitted more tickets for this application than any I've ever worked with. It's extremely frustrating.
