We've been using it for several months and so far it has been solid with no glitches, which is a dramatic improvement from the previous product we were using (I won't name them here, they are improving). **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** My only beef with this product is that it doesn't wash my car. Seriously though, at this point we're very satisfied and I don't know of any way they could make us happier with it. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Veeam, we had been using a competing product for a few years that was completely cloud based. While that might sound compelling, we had issues with their reliability (I kept discovering data that was not being backed up, like certain email user folders), and the speed was super slow, restores could take days. We hobbled along with that product until I became aware of Veeam and gave it a try. The experience was night and day better, the speed is very fast since the data can be backed up locally as well as to the cloud, restores can take seconds or minutes. Compared to what we had, this is a lifesaver. ### 30. I set it up and then forget about it. I get daily emails showing that it completed (or if there were any issues, and there rarely are). I love the ability to easily archive a user's mailbox to PST file when they leave the company. It's fast and very easy. The capability to do this within Office365 is very difficult and slow. **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** We had some issues during setup determining how to correctly choose what to include and what to exclude. They could improve on this part of the setup tremendously. There is no way to remove data from the backup that is no longer necessary, like old users that haven't worked at your company for 10 years. Also, it's very cumbersome when an employee leaves and you delete their account from Office365, the Veeam Office 365 backups will start failing. You have to also go into the Veeam backup job settings and specifically exclude that employee from the backup, and that employee's personal SharePoint Site, or the backup job will continue to try and backup that user's account, and generate errors when it doesn't find it, even though it should be clear that the account was deleted out of Office365. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, backing up our Office365 data. We were not doing this previously as Office365 does not contain any methods for doing this. We also had difficulty archiving a user's mailbox to PST file when they left the company with just the tools in Office365, which are difficult and take too long.
