So helpful being able to backup everything in Microsoft 365. It can be tricky if you are watching your license count and trying to figure out specifically what you want to back up, but for everything except Sharepoint you can use dymaic groups to both include and exclude what you want to backup. The GUI for restoring is slow, but very helpful on making sure you restore what you want and where you want to restore it. **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** Unable to dymanically backup sharepoint sites without backing up the entire orginization. You have to add new sites to the backup job as they are created. Explorer apps for restoring data can be SLOW. Also when I accidently deleted my email box from Microsoft, I was able to use Veeam Backup for M365 to get all my user data back. **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** The only thing I haven;t liked so far is that I used to have it setup to go straight to my Synology box via SMB but that stopped woeking and I had to use iSCSI which I was unfamiler with jsut to get it working again. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is alowing me to have a local backup of all my M365 data and also a fast way to restore any data that has been deleted or corrupted. Plus, you can control how long they are saved. **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** If you have MFA turned on in O365, it's a bit tricky to setup the login for the backup. There is documentation, but it is a bit hard to find. Other than that there really isn't anything I've found to dislike. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first time I needed this was when a user deleted notes they had in Outlook. O365 doesn't back these up and they don't go into the recycle bin. WIth Veeam, I was able to restore his notes. I also had the case where a person had gone through their email deleting unnecessary items, then at the end of the day accidentally deleted all of their email for the day. They could have restored all of their deleted items from the day but then would have had to go through the email again to remove the unneeded items. Because backup had completed, we were able to restore only the items that they meant to keep in their inbox. ### 49.
