Once setup, it is preety easy to use.Through this we eliminate the risk of loosing access and control over our 365 Data. **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** i Dislike the Free version because it has limited users only and limited data storage. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is solving are major problem that is Data loss prevention. Changes to the repository can trigger the need for a new full backup, not recognizing the existing backups. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Veeam cannot backup Microsoft 365 content. Most other backup offerings we investigated don't allow backup to on-premises repositories. ### 5. Hosting in Azure we were able to get backup, recovery, monitoring and reporting for our virtual, physical and cloud workloads, all from a single platform. **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** Not sure why this product is needed. There may be an application if you want to diversify your solutions but in this case, we went all MSFT and found the solution simple and seamless. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to see if there was a more economical and simpler tool for secure backup and recovery. Ultimately - while the cost looked to be better the complexity just wasn't worth it. ### 6. I set it up and then forget about it. I get daily emails showing that it completed (or if there were any issues, and there rarely are). I love the ability to easily archive a user's mailbox to PST file when they leave the company. It's fast and very easy. The capability to do this within Office365 is very difficult and slow. **What do you dislike about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365?** We had some issues during setup determining how to correctly choose what to include and what to exclude. They could improve on this part of the setup tremendously. There is no way to remove data from the backup that is no longer necessary, like old users that haven't worked at your company for 10 years. Also, it's very cumbersome when an employee leaves and you delete their account from Office365, the Veeam Office 365 backups will start failing. You have to also go into the Veeam backup job settings and specifically exclude that employee from the backup, and that employee's personal SharePoint Site, or the backup job will continue to try and backup that user's account, and generate errors when it doesn't find it, even though it should be clear that the account was deleted out of Office365. **What problems is Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, backing up our Office365 data. We were not doing this previously as Office365 does not contain any methods for doing this. We also had difficulty archiving a user's mailbox to PST file when they left the company with just the tools in Office365, which are difficult and take too long.
