I can upload documents, media, clips, and write on the Whiteboard. PPTs and templates are also great options! **What do you dislike about VEDAMO Virtual Classroom?** Sizing can be tricky when you paste something on the Whiteboard - children usually have to manipulate the image for their own view. Depending on whether your student is using a computer, iPad or phone can also change how they see the options. **What problems is VEDAMO Virtual Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a reliable platform that would allow me to teach without needing to have my own erase board and constantly be pointing at the camera or toggling between a thousand different documents and screens. ### 2. There are real-time help availbe if you get to a point where you are unfamiliar with an area of the program **What do you dislike about VEDAMO Virtual Classroom?** Some of the technical support assistants do not take enough time to throughly listen to what you need to will try and respond quickly. This causes you to be on a chat with them longer and re-explain your issue over and over again **What problems is VEDAMO Virtual Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides long-distance classrooms. This is especially helpful in recruiting more students. Also gives, instructors more options as far as locations they can teach from ### 3. You have to work with the tool. Not as user friendly as some platforms but once you know how to use it, it's fine! Not compatible with some things - e.g. can't share screen on ipad, camera doesn't work on Microsoft Surfaces etc. **What problems is VEDAMO Virtual Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to connect students and coaches online in a safe, secure, and interactive way. ### 5. If I draw a box it puts it above the text.
