The few issues we did run into with embeddings/our RAG pipeline, the team was very fast to help and thoroughly explain solutions. Also, not specific to Vectorize, but automating RAG pipelines means you're adding a layer of abstraction to your workflow and it's good to work with a product/team that's ready to help.
