Vector magic is a very easy to use tool that helps me obtain vectors from any image, I can get better quality, I can also save it in different formats, this tool has a very simple graphical interface and has a fully automatic option and another manual with which you can configure the options to your liking. You can transform the image you want, but the final result will depend on the quality of the image you want to process; if it is very pixelated, the results will not be very good.
