Vector Magic is a fully automated software to convert the bitmap images to vector graphic images in a single click. It has simple user interface and also provide detailed guides to interact with the software. Any beginner can easily make vector graphics in a minute as there is fully automatic operation. Users are provided the option to export the vector graphic images in different file formats like SVG, AI, PDF, DXF, EMF and EPS. The software provides multiple options and color palettes to vectorize and customize the images. What do you dislike about Vector Magic? Vector Magic could be a good software for image vectorization but not the perfect one. There are many features and improvements that the software is currently lacking. It takes very long time to import high-resolution and a bit larger sized images and also takes much time for processing. Yes the software is fully automatic to create vector graphic images but the automatic vectorization always do not provide the best result; some things need to be corrected manually by the user. But the software had not provided much options to customize and polish the images according to the user's interest. What problems is Vector Magic solving and how is that benefiting you? I purchased Vector Magic to create the vector graphics of my own images but didn’t get the expected result though. I didn’t get that much value which I was expecting to get from this software. There are many advanced features and tools need to be introduced in the software to obtain the perfect vector graphic images that match customer requirements and fulfill their expectation. Gerente de proyecto Architecture & Planning Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 7/31/2018 "basic, but useful for very simple jobs." 2.5/5 What do you like best about Vector Magic? its ease of use and understanding of its tools is very pleasant to perform quick tasks, the result of vectorization is acceptable, for very basic graphic design works it is useful and it allows to export the result in adobe illustrator format which facilitates its use for post production in some adobe program, choosing the strokes of the vectoring process. What do you dislike about Vector Magic? When a very professional and complex work is required, the tool does not meet the expectations, it can process the images very slowly and do not opt ​​for the expected detail result, when an error occurs in the process it is difficult to find the cause of the error and it is easier to insert another image to re-perform the process. Easy to install, easy to implement and use, in a few steps it allows me to vectorize an image with an acceptable result, the options are very specific and work correctly, the automatic vectoring is acceptable and can be adjusted to more or less detail, the options of Basic and advanced vectoring are quite common and you can opt for better results if you adjust correctly. Depending on the image to vectorize you could have problems in the separation of colors, softened edges and optencion lines and vector points, in greater detail the longer it will take to vectorize the image, it is a basic software so you can only opt basic results, export the image seems a complicated operation I think it should be improved. It is very useful to vectorize silhouettes and separate colors of renders, that way I can advance some design tasks that are basic and very recurrent and that could take me more time with other softwares. Opting vectorized lines is useful to export in other formats such as dwg, which allows me to insert images, plans and other graphic files and to use vectorized lines in other formats to insert later in other softwares.
