Simple to Use for Training, but Still Room to Grow **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Garrett W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026 **What do you like best about Vector LMS?** It’s simple and easy to use while taking a training course. **What do you dislike about Vector LMS?** Reporting is awful. It just does not have the information needed. We are needed to export the completion data to another LMS just to have reporting. Although courses can be customized, the inability to customize specific areas (such as the last slide) or the inability to move content (such as a Title VI slide can be moved to another training, i.e. TIX to have a much more impactful course) has made the training very tedious for admins to use. We have received comments on poor Q&A within the courses, and that the content was too long. **What problems is Vector LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance for state mandated training. We have seen a small uptick in compliance rates. ### 2. We have several types of certifications that expire; the credentials automatically track the expiration and send renewal reminders to both employees and supervisors. **What do you dislike about Vector LMS?** The reporting feature is the least user-friendly part of this software. I have used many reporting platforms, yet this one confuses me. I usually only create basic reports and export the data to Excel. **What problems is Vector LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot of training requirements, and Vector is an excellent platform for administering and tracking our training.
