**What do you like best about Vector LMS?**

I like the credentials tracking the most. We have several types of certifications that expire; the credentials automatically track the expiration and send renewal reminders to both employees and supervisors.

**What do you dislike about Vector LMS?**

The reporting feature is the least user-friendly part of this software. I have used many reporting platforms, yet this one confuses me. I usually only create basic reports and export the data to Excel.

**What problems is Vector LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of training requirements, and Vector is an excellent platform for administering and tracking our training. It is easy to assign and track annually required training, such as sexual harassment.
