The autopilot OSHA compliance feature is the strongest as it auto-decides if incidents are recordable and organizes logs like 300, 301, 300A, etc. It's great using the mobile app for field inspections—snapping photos of hazards and assigning fixes on-site is much better than the old clipboard method. The offline capability is a lifesaver during site walks, syncing once back in range ensures no data is lost. The closed-loop corrective actions feature, which automatically assigns tasks to specific supervisors with due dates, takes away the hassle of manual follow-ups and is excellent for accountability. Vector EHS integrates well with existing systems, which is beneficial for my workflow. **What do you dislike about Vector EHS?** The UI feels outdated and heavy compared to modern apps. Navigating through several layers of menus to find a specific report is slow and cumbersome. The search functionality requires exact keywords, making it painful to use if terms aren't precise. There are very limited customization options available for admins. The mobile app lags, which is really hectic. It feels like we're living in 2010, not in the fast world of 2026. **What problems is Vector EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Vector EHS for logging incidents, ensuring OSHA compliance, and tracking safety trends. It eliminates dead time between finding and fixing hazards, simplifies field inspections, and keeps training records secure. The offline capability and automatic reminders improve accountability and integrate well into existing systems. ### 2. I appreciate the dashboard that gives a clear view of safety, making it straightforward to monitor everything at a glance. The customization and reporting capabilities are also great because we can tailor workflows from the dashboard to match our internal processes. I also like that it integrates well with our HR system for employee data, which helps streamline workflows. The initial setup was fairly smooth and well-supported, thanks to the platform providing guided onboarding templates and documentation. **What do you dislike about Vector EHS?** Some of the advanced features have a learning curve and require additional training for new users. Anybody truly can work their way through this. **What do you dislike about Vector EHS?** It’s very time-consuming. The safety trainings can be very long and although you are allowed to skip through the videos, I know a lot of time administrators require a certain number of minutes watched in the videos. **What problems is Vector EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Safety trainings through my workplace are required, and we have been using this application for the last few years. This benefits me as far as general knowledge on the topics and being able to complete my job. ### 4. This has removed the traditional paper copies with signatures and created a learning history by tracking all training in one area. The vast library has also offered our employees means to take training to further their professional skills and add value to the business. ### 5. It was also very important to have user file screens. Thus, our team used it easily and without even training. The customization feature of the software also gave us flexibility. And it was important for us that we could always get technical support. **What do you dislike about Vector EHS?** We were generally satisfied, but sometimes we had difficulty using complex features, albeit rarely. We later realized that we could not use all of its features. For this reason, sometimes it may be good to remind the company about the areas that we do not use. And of course the prices are a bit high, it would be nice if they provide flexibility for that. **What problems is Vector EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software has greatly facilitated the management of our environmental, health and safety tasks. Reporting incidents, assessing risks, and enabling us to centrally manage audits are some very good features. We have seen that important tasks are not skipped. Thanks to the reporting and analysis features, we were also enabled to take action according to the data. And our establishment was comfortable. ### 6. Vectors' ability to group employees, pull reports based on specific criteria, and track progress makes my job much easier. Using the system as an administrator has a learning curve, but overall is very user-friendly. Any questions I have had, Vectors customer service has been quick to respond. On the employee side, Vector's mobile app simplifies everyday tasks. Employees can complete inspections, incident reports and observations in the field from their phones. Vector also tracks their tasks and emails employees when training or corrective actions have been assigned. Overall we have been happy with the service **What do you dislike about Vector EHS?** Right now, we do not use the JSA section of Vector EHS. The main reason is that employees still find it more efficient to use paper/PDF JSAs to adjust and customize each job task. We also hope to be able to complete training through the app soon. **What problems is Vector EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows our employees to quickly and easily complete incidents, observations and inspections in the field. This has increased our reporting exponentially over the last four years. Allowing us to get an in-depth look at each regions KPI's and report the results back . ### 7. Sr. level managers are alerted. Safety Manager can perform investigations. Multiple sites are rolled up into one dashboard. The filter allows you for easy drill down to individual site for a deep analytic dive. **What do you dislike about Vector EHS?** The time delay when working in reports can be somewhat frustating. Knowing it takes a little time, just means you have to plan for it ahead of time. It is not a big deal breaker. Otherwise, there is not much I don't like about using Vector EHS. **What problems is Vector EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vector EHS is making the data across the organization more congruent. By utilizing the dashboard and reports, I don't have to build multiple spreadsheets and manipulate the data. All the data is one place. ### 8. It allows us to make changes applicable to our company's needs. **What do you dislike about Vector EHS?** There are some nuances with the system that need improvement, like not being able to easily schedule and maintain routine inspections. Specific things have to be done to get this aspect to work, and then you have to teach those particular things to many people.
