VecinApp is an AI-powered property management platform built for building administrators (administradores de fincas) in Spain. It provides a complete ecosystem to manage homeowner communities: SEPA payment collection, AI-powered incident management, digital signatures, owner meetings with online voting, PGC accounting, bank reconciliation, and a native mobile app for residents. VecinApp's AI Copilot automatically classifies emails, prioritizes tasks, categorizes incidents, and suggests actions to administrators, saving up to 5 hours per week. The resident app allows owners and tenants to report issues, make payments via credit card or Bizum, vote in assemblies, and access community documents from their phone.
