Downside to Vcomply is human error is still a factor. Because you have to manually write out what the Vcomply is for you can have misspelling or if multiple people are using different titles or word phrasing for the same type if Vcomply ex Fiscal compliance audit vs fiscal compliance review. A suggestion would be to allow for a drop down list. Ex "Fiscal compliance review follow up" that then allows for a drop down to categorize for which program the Vcomply is being assigned. If it is posable another suggestion would be to allow to link a program with a house supervisor and PM. That way once the Title has been determined and the program has been determined the house supervisor automatically inserted to the Who? slot (but still allow to change if it is needed) and program manager is automatically inputted to the oversight. Intuitive and easy to follow regardless of how comfortable you are with software. This means that it can be used by all members of an organisation without error and confusion. Relieves the pressure on internal compliance teams to be the enforcer of compliance in the business. Plus users love competition and hate to see their due diligence score drop below perfect which is a great incentive. From a governance perspective, the oversight provided to a board from the software is comforting for directors to clearly understand how the business is performing and what risk factors they need to be aware of. One place to track all our HIPAA and ISO 13485 obligations. We can also add our auditors to the platform and they can find evidence easily. I don't need to take out weeks of time to complete audits.

I can build and edit workflows as needed, and whenever I a, stuck the team is extremely helpful and resolves issues really fast. Onboarding was very quick, and I didn't have to wait too long to be able to use the product.
