" 5/5 What do you like best about VComply? I felt that the support we received from the vendor both pre & post-sales was very good. Our account manager was very patient throughout the entire engagement process and helped us align our needs with VComply's GRC platform. The process of transferring over existing data was a breeze as they had some sort of built-in integrations with Excel and were able to import our entire controls program within minutes. The platform's user interface is brilliant! I can't say that for a lot of other enterprise software we've used in the past. I think it would have been great if they were able to integrate with our existing EMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering VComply: The support offered to us from the VComply team was great. The vendor was very hands-on throughout the engagement. We felt that the post-sales team put in a lot of effort in helping us get up and running quick & was supportive of our suggestions and ask from the application. Overall, I would recommend anyone considering a Compliance/Policy management solution to definitely put VComply into their consideration set when making a choice. I would endorse this product! We use VComply for our internal controls monitoring, data-archival of control/process evidence. In addition, we have recently started migrating all our corporate policies from the company intranet to the VComply to be better able to view change logs, fetch employee attestation records etc. VComply has helped us achieve more clarity into our internal process and should hopefully make the policy attestation process a lot smoother and faster. I really like the flexibility that VComply offers throughout the account configuration & setup process as well as once you are fully on-boarded with the tool. Most other solutions that I have looked at are really cumbersome, take a long time to setup and do not offer me the kind of flexibility I have been looking for. I love the simplicity of the tool. It took us less than a week to get started. The VComply team was a great support throughout the on-boarding journey. They helped us customize our workflows & build out the entire compliance program from scratch. We were also able to ope-rationalize & automate our risk register & link mitigating controls. We can manage the entire lifecycle from drafting through approval, signing, review and allocation. The process is streamlined throughout the organization and makes it very easy to maintain. VComply is a very user friendly product that systemizes the way we work. It helped to easily automate tasks for the sales team, and the system alerts made the follow up process very smooth. The interactive dashboard ensures that we are able to track and report on our relevant KPIs. The flexibility of the platform allows it to be used for multiple purposes.
