It is also responsible for keeping the teams synchronized in case some users update documents, in addition to being notified of those updates. Access can be via laptop, smartphone, tablet and keeps team members up to date. Based on my experience with collaborative services in the cloud, vBoxx is a very intuitive tool that offers an excellent service to take care of the organization's sensitive information, making sure to maintain the necessary security criteria to safeguard sensitive data in a cloud environment. It is an excellent option, very innovative in the market, which in the future will have to incorporate a greater number of languages to interact natively with people from different countries, for now the languages that are available are precisely the most used to start with this amazing platform. It allows inviting other users through notifications that are sent to their emails and are parameterized so that the assigned permissions have a certain validity, in addition to being able to monitor access and interactions on documents. In addition, by having the activity log, we can keep track of the different users and the activity they carry out in the cloud. It has been perfect to be able to share files of my work with my colleagues from anywhere we are and to be able to work in a more friendly and productive way, having all the files at hand at any time and place.
