I have not been able to make the popups for collecting leads "multi step" (I want to ask them different questions depending on the previous answer to qualify them). Maybe it is not possible, or perhaps it was me not trying enough. I immediately gave up because I am using ConvertBox for this and just pushed the leads through a ConvertBox form instead. The Vbout team took time to onboard us and help us with our specific use cases. They will also meet with you at any time in your relationship to help you make the most of the platform and show you new features. The platform has an excellent structure that allows you to unlock features as you need them. There are both paid and free features available, but they do not clutter your account if not in use. In modern business, automation is key to growth. In order to seriously grow your company, you should learn and use automation tools. And for that, i consider Vbout a great asset. It's from a reliable company with a lot of experience and offers a powerful solution that not only does complex automations, but also has a lot of other side benefits. So what i like best are the automations. You can make a series of broadcasts for anything, from a simple birthday email to a complex series of follow up emails after a purchase. Let's say you want your customer's birthday email to be sent automatically. You can do that, and also create a series of follow ups after the initial purchase. So not only can we save crucial time, but when it comes to lead generation, automation can help with precision and data collection. We can then use this information to figure out what our customers want, and deliver it to them. Also, there is more to Automizy then the automations. They have landing pages, push up notifications, task managment, social media inbox and scheduling and so on, all tools that help analyzing and collecting leads as well as understanding customers.
