VaultSort is local-first file management and security for professional firms. It runs on each Mac and Windows computer and looks after the files that collect there, such as downloads, scans, drafts and exports, without uploading any of them. Less repetitive admin. Build rules once, by file name, type, date or the text inside a document, and VaultSort moves new files out of Downloads and scan folders into the right place on a schedule. Export a rule set and import it on every computer, so the whole office files the same way. The most recent organize can be undone. Sensitive documents protected. Keep client files in an AES-256 encrypted Vault opened with Touch ID, Windows Hello or a YubiKey, with a recovery code the firm holds. Redact PDFs, scans and Word documents so the text is really removed, not just covered, and every redaction is verified before saving. Send files as password-protected PDFs or encrypted pages without a client portal. Delete files with the method that suits the drive they're on. Less file-management overhead. The Duplicate Finder matches files by content and lets you review before anything is removed. Storage Analysis shows where space goes, and its cleanup clears caches and temporary files safely. VaultSort works alongside your document management or practice-management system, not instead of it: it takes care of the files on each computer that never make it there.
