**What do you like best about VaultPress?**

good security above all is paramount and with VaultPress it has been everything it was expected to be, the certainty that everything is safe and in good hands leaves immense peace of mind

all those attacks or viruses that could enter the system stops them in the first line without letting them interact and affect or cause damage

backups run immediately, keeping everything in one safe place

**What do you dislike about VaultPress?**

Maybe I don't like your customer support service a bit because it hasn't been what I expected. I feel that I could improve in that aspect so that everything was perfect

**What problems is VaultPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable security has kept the calm from thinking that any attack could cause loss of valuable information that is impossible to recover.

**What do you like best about VaultPress?**

Easy to install, configure and use. Its plugin gives the ability to schedule regular backups at interval selected by you. Also it has a great restore process in itself.

**What do you dislike about VaultPress?**

Sometimes the technical support is a problem, the response from team is very slow at times

**What problems is VaultPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of public facing Wordpress sites, and needed a reliable backup / restore solution for the same. VaultPress does exactly what we needed.
