Vault AI is a financial management platform for small and mid-sized businesses. It connects to 2,500+ banks in 30+ countries via Open Banking, plus crypto wallets, so balances and transactions across all accounts and currencies update automatically. On top of that live data, Vault AI provides real-time cash flow and P&L reports, a payment calendar with planned and recurring transactions, and multi-currency support with automatic conversion. Custom attributes let each business model its finances its own way. Beyond standard categories, you can create your own fields (for example client, project, department, location or cost center) as text, number, date, single-select or multi-select values, and tag every transaction with them. Transactions can also be split across several categories or projects. Custom reports are built on top of these attributes: choose what to measure, group and segment it by any attribute, filter it, and pick the view, such as a table, bar, line or pie chart. Reports are combined into your own dashboards, so the P&L by project or the cash flow by client is always one click away and updates automatically. AI automations are the next step of the platform. Vault AI is launching invoicing together with two AI workflows: AI payment reconciliation, which matches incoming payments to invoices including partial payments and underpayments, and AI transaction categorization, which suggests categories and attributes for every transaction. In both workflows the AI prepares the work and a person approves it. Vault AI works alongside your existing bookkeeping and gives founders, finance teams and fractional CFOs a live management view of the business. Data is hosted in the EU, bank access is read-only, and roles control who sees what.
